All Three Central Islip Bankruptcy Judges End Loss Mitigation

As of July 1, 2022, Judge Scarcella will no longer be participating in the Loss Mitigation Program within the bankruptcy courts of the Eastern District of New York. Judge Scarcella becomes the third judge out of the bankruptcy court in Central Islip to end participation in the Loss Mitigation Program.
